Linda has over 27 years of change management, organization
development, human capital management, and technology
implementation experience across a wide range of industry
verticals, education, and government. She has served as a
Human Resource Director in two global organizations and has
assisted over twenty companies in developing and executing HCM-related
IT strategies as Program Director at two Enterprise Resource
Planning and Management software organizations.
Leveraging her education and experience, Linda works with
clients to evaluate the strategic alignment of their
organizations, build high performing conflict-resilient teams,
determine appropriate measurement metrics, and provide
coaching to optimize individual and organizational
performance. Her areas of particular expertise are competency
modeling, organizational change management, staffing, and
human capital measurement.
Linda holds both a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Human
Resources, has taught a variety of management courses at both
the undergraduate and graduate levels, is a Georgia registered
neutral, and an experienced facilitator. She is currently an
adjunct faculty member at Brenau University in Gainesville
Georgia, teaching courses in Leadership and Group Dynamics,
Human Resources, Research Design and Statistics.
She has worked with a broad range of clients representing the
manufacturing, financial services, technology, public sector
(education and government), and energy/power generation
industries.
