Meet the Presenters
|
Nina Meierding, MS, JD
Nina is a nationally &
internationally renowned divorce mediation trainer who has
assisted in the resolution of thousands of disputes and has
conducted training throughout the world. She teaches at many
universities and has been a plenary speaker and presented
workshops at judicial and state bar conferences. She is a Past
President of the Academy of Family Mediators and is a Life Member
of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. She is
recognized as the leading authority in divorce mediation.

Bob
O'Connor, MJuris, MDiv, LLM in Dispute Resolution
Bob has worked with
families in crisis for nearly three decades, and has mediated
hundreds of domestic disputes. His legal training began at Oxford
University, continued at Notre Dame Law School, and culminated at
the Straus Institute, Pepperdine University School of Law. In
between his legal studies, Bob earned a Master of Divinity from
Yale University and served as a minister and crisis counselor. Bob
is author of Marital Separation Agreements: A Guide for
Non-Lawyer Mediators. (
