insurance, franchise, acquisition and merger and a plethora of related
business transactions involve the interpretation and application of
commercial contracts. Despite our best efforts, contract disputes
often lead to protracted and expensive business litigation.
Hoffmann Mediation has extensive experience in the mediation and
arbitration of commercial contract, business tort and investment
matters, as well as issues surrounding corporation ownership, LLC
investments, partnerships, registered and unregistered securities,
commodities, and real estate related investment transactions
(including commercial mortgage matters).
Mr. Hoffmann also serves as a public neutral for the Financial
Industry Regulatory Association ("FINRA") and has participated in
numerous arbitrations involving the securities industry. As a neutral
for the American Arbitration Association, Mr. Hoffmann has served as
an arbitrator and panel chair in, among other matters, the resolution
of investment disputes involving securities and real estate interests.
